About the Author:
Azmina Garcia and her husband, Erwin, live in Toronto, Canada. They have six beautiful children, with a seventh on the way. She was born in Lubumbashi, DR Congo, and her husband was born in Manila, Philippines.
Azmina and her husband run two online businesses. One is to help believers of Jesus Christ learn about cryptocurrency and raise them to be Kingdom Financiers. The second one is to teach believers to be the head in the mountain of AI (Artificial Intelligence), so God’s Kingdom can be expanded via new technology.
She has helped countless men and women walk in deliverance and healing. She also operates in the prophetic. She has been recently ordained with Christ for All Nations Ministry as an evangelist, and as a team during boot camp, they saw over two hundred thousand souls saved into the Kingdom of God.
Excerpts from Chapter 4 –Freedom Found
God turned my experiences of pain from sorrow to joy and defeat to victory. As I unfold my story, I want you to have hope for yours, no matter how crazy things may be. I pray that you will be inspired by what Jesus has done on the cross for us, the healing He has already started, and how His presence is real because He is the only living God who can transform us.
The devil tells us we are alone, rejected, and abandoned, but that is the opposite. I thought I was alone and dreamed I would find my own Prince Charming. The truth is God was with me every step of the way, but I was so self-centered that I didn’t see that He has always been with me. God says in the Bible, “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand” (Isaiah 41:10 NIV).
The devil knows I am precious to Daddy God, so he did everything to ensure I didn’t know my value and how worthy I am. Ever since I was a little child, he has lied to me. He started with the people closest to me—my parents, who didn’t show they valued or cared about me. When I look back now, I am sure my parents did their best to love me the way they knew how. The devil also brought wrong friends and boys into my life that stole more of my value and identity. I later learned that the devil doesn’t have any good plans for my life—only God does.
It may seem that I blame the people around me to make myself look good, but that is not my heart. I know God values each person in my life, and no one is perfect. Unfortunately, I looked for love and validation from others and men. I didn’t know these were unhealthy patterns in my life.
We need spiritual moms and dads who will rise, especially during this time, to help raise the next generations, as there is so much confusion about identities. It is time to rise and help disciple the next generation so we can welcome them into the Kingdom of God. We need fathers and mothers who will be present in their children’s lives, even in the lives of other children whose parents are not together or available. We need to start providing solutions to the problems we see around us and help our young people know who they are in Christ. We need to remove religion and show how Christ does life with each other in a relationship setting. I wish I encountered Jesus in my childhood because I would have had a spiritual mom and dad to help me navigate my childhood. I would not have created unhealthy patterns of looking for love in all the wrong places.
I am being vulnerable and sharing my stories to tell you that you are not abandoned and not alone. God sees you, and He sees everything you have been through and everything you might be going through. There is nothing too hard for God as long as we allow Him to help, heal, and free us. He will do everything to rescue us, but we must allow God in and reject the devil.
