About the Author:
Connie Harper lives in the Dallas, Texas, area and has two children, six grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Connie grew up in McAllen, Texas, before moving north to Dallas in 1976. She began practicing there as a dental hygienist and soon met her husband and started a family. She has practiced as a dental hygienist for over forty-six years and has served the Lord for over thirty-three years. Connie has enjoyed a rich and full life in God and is passionately pursuing the future adventures He has in store.

I am loved. I am my Father’s child. He loves me. I am not my weakness. I am not even my strengths. I am simply His child whom He loves, cares for, and puts His divine purpose and destiny into. The same is true for you.
Receiving and being a carrier of God’s love and presence is my most valued possession and my most treasured prize. To know Him—His beautiful, indescribable love, the love of God that surpasses all knowledge—and to be filled up with the full‐ ness of God is what I’ve desired and pursued. I’ve determined to make love my greatest aim. His love transforms our hearts and the course of our whole life, doesn’t it?
Our Father cares. He feels. He knows our struggles and what we need to receive in order to come into our inheritance as mature sons and daughters. He’s a wise Father, and we must trust the process and trust Him as we daily surrender and lean on Jesus and the guiding of the Holy Spirit in us.
There’s nothing in this world or the universe that can sepa‐ rate us from the love of God. He will pursue us through every challenge and detail of our lives. He is a jealous God and a faithful Father, and He won’t relent until He has it all.
When God calls us and prepares us for an assignment, He takes us through many life situations to test, purify, and equip us for that work. Through the tests and challenges of life, we find our strength in the power of the cross, dying to our flesh daily, and receiving the empowering of the Holy Spirit and His Word. Without that empowering and anointing, we won’t be able to complete and accomplish the God assignment He has given us, which is much more significant than any of us in ourselves alone.
We get to face challenges and opportunities that stretch our faith and test our heart and character. Through the process, we are ultimately changed and conformed into the image of His Son Jesus, receiving His heart, mind, and wisdom. And it’s all done through His unchanging and unconditional love.
I hope to encourage you as you discover and walk out your divine purpose with the Father. Be patient, and trust Him when things aren’t going the way you thought they were supposed to go. Never forget this promise: “Commit your way to the Lord. Trust Him, and He will do it” (Psalm 37:5, NASB)
Dear friend, God is in control. He’s got a plan, and He’s working His plan. Rest assured, He does all things perfectly: “This is what I’ve learned through it all. Don’t give up; don’t be impa‐ tient; be entwined as one with the Lord. Be brave and courageous, and never lose hope. Yes, keep on waiting—for he will never disappoint you!” (Psalm 27:14, TPT).
